By clicking “Pay” and purchasing the BLACK BUYCOTT™ MOVEMENT Soundtrack – STANDING ON BUSINESS (10 Toes In), you (“the Supporter”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms of digital asset usage and movement alignment.

1. ALIGNMENT & LICENSE

Upon successful payment of $1.99, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to the digital assets included in the “STANDING ON BUSINESS (10 Toes In) Single & Lyrics” (the “Assets”). This license is for personal, individual use only. You represent that you are engaging in this transaction to support verified coethnic alternatives and accelerate capital velocity within the ecosystem.

2. PERMITTED USAGE

• You may download and play the MP3/WAV files on any personal device.
• You may print a physical copy of the Lyrics sheet for your personal collection.
• You may use the music as background audio for your own personal social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, YouTube Shorts), provided you credit the BLACK BUYCOTT™ MOVEMENT by tagging our official handles:

3. RESTRICTIONS (FREQUENCY PROTECTION)

To maintain the integrity of the movement, the following are strictly prohibited:

• No Redistribution: You shall not upload, share, distribute, or seed these files on public torrent sites, file-sharing networks, shared cloud drives, or communal repositories.
• No Commercial Resale: You shall not repackage, re-license, redistribute, or sell these assets to third parties.
• No AI Training Extraction: You shall not use these assets to train generative AI models or database algorithms without express written consent from the rights holders.

4. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the immediate digital delivery of these assets, all sales are FINAL. Once the transaction completes and the temporary GCS Signed download links are generated, the value has been exchanged and no refunds will be issued.

5. OWNERSHIP

The BLACK BUYCOTT™ MOVEMENT retains 100% ownership of the master audio recordings, compositions, arrangements, and lyrical intellectual property. Your purchase is a digital license to experience and utilize the track, not a transfer of copyrights or master ownership.

6. ACCEPTANCE

By proceeding with this purchase via Stripe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You are now a recognized supporter of the economic self-determination efforts.
